MAKING MAGIC ANIMALS

1. Services

Making Magic Animals provides private dog training, behavioural consultations, and related guidance aimed at improving communication, behaviour, and welfare between dogs and their owners.

2. Payment

All sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Prepaid training packages must be used within the timeframe discussed at the time of purchase.

3. Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
• Prepaid training sessions cancelled within 48 hours will be marked as completed and deducted from the client’s package.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a late cancellation and charged in full.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their dog’s health, behaviour history, and temperament. Clients must follow all safety and handling instructions provided during training.

5. Health Requirements

Dogs should be up to date with vaccinations or veterinary guidance and must not attend training if suffering from a contagious illness.

6. Behaviour Disclosure

Clients must disclose any known aggression toward humans or dogs, bite history, or severe behavioural issues prior to training.

7. Liability

Clients remain legally responsible for their dog at all times. Making Magic Animals is not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by the client’s dog during or after training sessions.

8. Training Results

Dog training outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on consistency, lifestyle factors, owner participation, and the dog’s individual temperament.

9. Termination of Services

Making Magic Animals reserves the right to terminate training services if safety risks arise or if the welfare of the dog or trainer may be compromised.

10. Agreement

By booking a session or purchasing a training package, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
